May 16, 2014. Green America joined this letter to the Securities and Exchange Commission, signed by 65 concerned investors, expressing opposition to any revisions to the shareholder resolution process that would weaken the ability of shareholders to raise environmental, social, and corporate governance issues before corporate management.
