People & Planet Awards – Green Travel and Transportation

Congratulations to our winners of the People & Planet Award for outstanding leadership in green travel and transportation! Find out who won and learn about the next opportunity to win $5,000 for your business.

The People & Planet Awards from Green America recognize businesses for their dedication to a green economy: a bottom line that includes protecting workers, communities, and the environment. Seasonally, we award three $5,000 cash prizes in a range of green-business categories, such as clean energy and local community action.

This season of $5,000 awards* celebrated businesses committed to green travel and transportation; our finalists included cargo-bike manufacturers, green travel agencies, a bio-diesel fueling station, and two amazing eco-inns.
