- Maximizes composting and recycling efforts throughout event, including delivery to a recycling or composting center post-event
Preferences
- Assist clients in carbon offsetting for events
- Venues close to public transportation or where majority of expected attendee live/work
- Facilitate transportation such as ride sharing.
- Giveaway items are selected with environmental/labor considerations
- Location that employs union staff
- Assist clients in optimizing the use of 100% post-consumer or tree-free paper for event
- No water bottles
- Vegetarian catering
- Carpeting reused/donated
