Baseline Standards
- At least 50% certified organic and/or approved Fair Trade. In other words, must be either 50% organic or 50% Fair Trade. Must be at least 50% of the company’s product offerings/inventory, not percentage of ingredients.
Preferences:
- 100% organic and/or Fair Trade
- 100% organic and fairly traded
- Additives including milk, nuts or mint should be organic or locally sourced.
