Director of the Green Business Network®
Fran’s work focuses on the core strategies of socially responsible investing (SRI), including education and outreach on SRI basics, community investing, and shareholder action. She also plays a lead role in Green America’s coalitional work on issues such as climate change, advancing the green economy, and control of toxic chemicals. Fran informs and involves Green America’s members — both businesses and individuals — in key policy issues related to Green America’s agenda. She holds an M.A. in Peace Studies from the Institute for International Peace Studies at Notre Dame.
Membership Services Assistant
Felicia works with Green America members (businesses and individuals) to answer questions about membership, certification, and renewal. She got her start in environmental justice as a canvass director in college and hasn’t looked back since. She combines her years of organizing experience with her knowledge of environmental and social justice to serve the Green America community.
Marketing & Membership Manager
Scott works in marketing and communications for the Green Business Network, and also in member services. Previously, Scott worked in marketing and special events for nonprofit organizations in Atlanta. Scott is passionate about promoting the green economy and social responsibility. Business Partnerships Manager
Rachel is the Business Partnerships Manager for Green America and the Green Business Network. Rachel has years of nonprofit business development experience and has worked in digital fundraising, for-profit marketing, and direct response marketing. She earned her Master’s in Management, specializing in Marketing in the Summer of 2016 from the University of Maryland University College. Rachel is also on the board of directors for the Animal Welfare League of Montgomery County, and is an advisory board member for Second Chance Wildlife Center. Abigail manages Green America’s Green Business Certification, helping clients through the certification process and improving standards. In addition to her job at Green America, she works with environmental funders to support and provide grants to organizations addressing the causes of climate change. Abi established an ecotourism business taking travelers to eco-friend destinations in Latin America and beyond, and worked as an ecotourism consultant to improve sustainable travel standards and ensure benefits to local communities and the environment. She has a M.S. in plant ecology from the Duke School of the Environment.
Misha D. Clive
Communications & Marketing Consultant / Program Strategist
Misha works in marketing, communications, technology, and events for the Green Business Network. Before joining Green America in 2009, she used her B.A. in East Asian Studies from Bryn Mawr College as a small business entrepreneur in the international music industry. She combines her years of experience in organizing for social and environmental causes with her small business background to serve the green business community. Misha is proud to be the 50th Founding Member of Hub DC, a center-in-progress for social innovation in the DC metro area that will serve as an incubator for social enterprise.
